To get registered for our Summer Junior High League, fill out the forms below and mail in to 2733 Rayford Rd, Spring, TX 77386 or drop off at our facility, The Edge (same address). 

There is a $200 deposit due with registration.  This payment can be made with cash, check, or online using PayPal.  Go to the payments page to pay online.
