Alisha Keltner
2011-2012 Season: 12 Molten Head Coach
Alisha Keltner (formerly McKee) has been playing and coaching high-level volleyball for over 7 years. She played for the Colorado Juniors club for 2 years, where her team qualified for the Junior Olympics both years, and played for the USA High Performance Team from 1999-2002. She received a full scholarship to Fresno State in California, where she was a 4-year Volleyball Letterman and was named to the 2nd team All-Western Athletic Conference (WAC).
She began her coaching career in college, coaching club for Red Wave Extreme in Fresno, CA for 2 years, before graduating and taking the position of Assistant Coach at the University of Houston. She held this position from 2008-2010, and was key in the development of the University of Houston's most recent All-American who now plays for the Canadian National team.
During her stint at the University of Houston, Alisha worked with local clubs in the Houston area. She coached for Southwest Heat and the Westside Volleyball club. After her tenure at UH, she was the sand program director at AVA during the summer of 2010 and the Recruiting Coordinator at Fort Bend Fire for the previous club season. We are very excited to add Alisha's volleyball coaching experience to our WAVE family and are lucky to have her coach our 12 Molten team!
